26 y/o, 5'5", 140 lbs, Tuberous Breast Correction - 385/450ccs Allergan Silicone Unders w/ Areola Reduction - I've been interested in in having breast augmentation surgery for quite some time now. I've always been unhappy with my breasts since I was a teenager. My left breast was smaller than my right, and I hated the way they appeared in t-shirts. I would look in mirrors and the first area of my body that would stand out would be my chest - it looked weird to me, although no one else probably noticed.I would talk to my mom about it, and like all mothers, she would encourage me and tell me to just have patience and that they would eventually even out and grow. Negative. To this day I remain a 34A, and now that I'm in a solid position where I can afford it, I'm going for it!I met with Dr. Aisha McKnight-Baron after a disappointing consultation with another plastic surgeon, and I could not have had a better consultation experience! She was very knowledgeable as well as kind and helpful! Upon making it to her office, within 10 minutes, I was placed in a holding area. She entered the room, and I immediately felt a sense of comfort. We discussed why I was there and what I've experienced with my breasts. We also discussed what my expectations were and her suggestions. She explained the information very well, and it was definitely more like a conversation. After that I was placed in a room where I undressed and she took pictures of my chest area from different angles. She also took some measurements and explained to me that I had tuberous breast deformity in my left breast. I had heard of the condition, but didn't think it was what I had... So it was good to hear that from someone professional. She also explained what it was and how she could help to correct it. Dr. Baron also helped me try on the bra and sizers so that we could determine a good, natural-looking size for my implants. We settled on 350cc that could increase since my breasts are two different sizes. I'm thinking about going up to 400, but I'm not sure yet. After the fun part of trying on the sizers, I proceeded to speak with someone about pricing for all implant options. As of right now, Allergan Smooth Round is my choice, and I'm so excited! The entire experience with Dr. McKnight-Baron from beginning to end was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, was sincere, compassionate, professional and extremely helpful in my decision. My surgery date is the day before Thanksgiving, and I can't wait! More

Ready to Kill It!!!!! - BBL-BL-ABDOMINALPLASTY-AND LIPO!!! I am going for the KITCHEN SINK!!!I am a 43 y/o wife and mom. I have struggled with my weight and lack of self love (because of it) for many years. In July 2002, I had RouenY (spelling) gastric bypass surgery. Over the years I'd lost (and kept off)75+lbs. in the last 3-4 years, I have gained 40+lbs :(. This has caused all those self minimizing feelings to re-surface. Recently, the opportunity to 'make a change' came into play. As many moms focus on EVERYONE else, I've FINALLY decided to do me!!!!! I began 2017 at 210#s (only 4'10"). Since then, i have, again, begun a workout and clean eating plan. I have lost 14#s and hope to lose AT LEAST 20 more. I have set a goal for the end of 4/17. In preparation for my next chapter-getting a new body (which I hope will be in May!) I have my first consult on 2/1 with Dr Aisha Baron of Breast Body Beauty in ATL. Has anyone recently visited her? I'm nervous, anxious and EXCIYED! I'll post more after my consult. Any incouragement, enlightenment-Anything positive- would be helpful as I don't have a good support system currently because my husband loves me 'just the way I am' More

Puffy Eyes Be Gone! - Kennesaw, GA - Upon meeting Dr. Baron, I was instantly comfortable. She let me know that my "bags" were actually pockets of fat. And the procedure to remove them was called bilateral lower transconjuctival blepharoplasty. In other words...I had lipo on my eye bags! I was nervous, as anyone having something done to their eyes should be. But Dr. Baron thoroughly explained the procedure, and I was ready! The day of surgery, Dr. Baron came in and "marked up my face" shortly before going to the OR. I woke up what felt like 5 minutes later. my eyes felt heavy, but I wasn't in pain. The day after surgery I looked like I lost a huge fight. There was no leaving the house! And Dr. Baron warned me about that in advance. She said that the majority of my recovery would be a "vanity" recovery. The first couple of days it was easiest to just sleep because my eyes were so tired. But after that, I threw on oversized sunglasses and went on about my business. Now, it's 6 weeks after my procedure. And I am BEYOND THRILLED with my results. Friends that know I had the procedure done say that it makes me look younger and well rested. I would ABSOLUTELY do this again. ZERO regrets! And if I should happen to need a little nip or tuck in the future...I will be back in Dr. Baron's office without hesitation. More

Liposuction and Fat Transfer - I finally came to a point in my life were I could do something about the shape of my body. So at 54, I decided to really do it. I watched the show "Atlanta Plastic" and was so impressed with talent of the surgeons that I made an appointment for a consultation. After consultation with Dr. Baron I felt so comfortable with her professionalism and warm personable manner I decided to book my surgery. I had liposuction and fat transfer to my buttocks and I am 6 months post-op and feeling fantastic!! My body contour is a success and I absolutely LOVE my results. I did experience some minor complications after surgery however, Dr Baron and her assistant Cathy always listened and were available to see me to address my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Baron and have already referred her to my family member and friend for their procedures. More
